About Beaufort Rosemary…..
Kevin Casey founded Beaufort Rosemary in 2013 initially as an energy consulting company providing development, financial, commercial and M&A due diligence services to large energy and manufacturing industry clients and private equity. Seeing renewables as an area of significant growth in power generation, Beaufort Rosemary began developing utility scale solar projects in 2018 and added battery storage to those projects in 2019.
Prior to launching Beaufort Rosemary LLC, Mr. Casey worked at BP Plc from 2000 to 2012, where he led Treasury Structured Finance for oil and gas, commodities trading and alternative energy businesses in the Western Hemisphere. He successfully structured offshore and onshore holding companies and financings to optimise long-term value and multi-billion dollar cash flows in countries and joint ventures with varying cash and currency restrictions. Prior to joining Treasury, he worked in Internal Audit, and was BP’s Americas regional Performance Unit Leader for power generation where he led the development and implementation of project financings, regional strategy, planning, project development, construction and operations. Prior to this Kevin was Managing Director at Sonat Power Inc.
Kevin earned an MBA at University of Southern California and a BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College. He is a 2008 graduate of the MIT-BP Projects & Engineering Academy (P&EA) and the 2009 P&EA master class.
Dylan joined Beaufort Rosemary in May of 2018. A 2014 graduate of Florida State University, Dylan brings 10 years of management experience, beginning while still in high school and encompassing a wide range of roles and business entities. As Vice President of Development, Dylan is responsible for the origination of projects from conception through development and realization. He leads overall project development from site analysis and acquisition, permitting, to landowner and local community relations, and structuring transactions for project sales.
